Company history

March 1966:

The company is founded as MIYAKE Seiki Kogyosho on Nanyo-dori, Minami-ku, Nagoya-shi

April 1969:

 

July:

To meet the growth in business, MIYAKE Seiki, Ltd. is established in Nishimatabee-cho, Minami-ku, Nagoya-shi

The Meiho Factory is opened in Yutaka, Minami-ku

May 1976:

The Odaka Factory is opened in Odaka-cho, Midori-ku

April 1979:
 

September:

To meet the growth in business, the company is reorganized into MIYAKE SEIKI CO., LTD.

The Akitoyo Factory is rebuilt, and the integrated production of automotive gears for Honda begins

May 1983:

The Odaka Factory is rebuilt into a three-story building, and the automated NC lathe line is expanded to increase blank processing capacity

August 1990:

The cafeteria and changing rooms of the Head Office Factory are completely refurbished

August 1991:

All factories are equipped with heating and air conditioning, and automated NC lathes and NC gear-cutting machines are added

March 1996

30th anniversary of the company

April 1999:

The Tokai Factory is opened in Nochidori, Tokai-shi

July 2002:
 
 

August:

The Head Office Factory and office are moved to the current location with the aim of amalgamating factories
(Property: 5,700 m2 Factory: 3,500 m2)

Half of Odaka Factory is transferred to and amalgamated with the Head Office

August 2003:

The Meiho Factory is transferred to and amalgamated with the Head Office to improve production efficiency

March 2006:

40th anniversary of the company

January 2008:

A 3D coordinate measurement machine is purchased and the quality inspection system is improved
